On December 4, 2021 the General Council of the Seminole of Oklahoma passed TR 2021-79. A Trbal Resolution of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma approving a one time appropriation of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 funds to the Housing Improvement Program (HIP).

Applications began Monday December 20, 2021 through Friday January 21, 2022.
