ALCOHOL SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAM

MISSION STATEMENT

To promote an alcohol and drug-free lifestyle with support, resources, and communications with other agencies, to meet the needs of our Native American community.

SERVICES
1. Intake, screening, and assessment.
2. Referrals to short & long term residential treatment, detox centers and sober living houses.
3. Outreach in the community and providing prevention education on alcohol & substance abuse issues.
4. Treatment Planning.
5. Individual sessions.
6. Recovery Groups.
7. Aftercare planning.
