JUDGEMENT FUND OFFICE

The Judgement Fund Program is a special revenue fund of the Seminole Nation created to provide for tribal programs and services established pursuant to the usage plan for funds awarded to the Seminole Nation as compensation for land taken by the United States. Current programs consist of Burial Assistance, Clothing Assistance, Elderly Assistance and Higher Education Scholarships.

The Seminole Nation Tribal members are encouraged to register for TEXT or EMAIL alerts for the Clothing Cards. *NOTE: EACH time you receive a NEW clothing card, you will need to register that assigned card.

ALL PURCHASES ARE “CREDIT” PURCHASES ONLY!! Swiping one (1) time as a DEBIT will lock the Clothing Card and NO further purchases can be made until the card is unlocked.

For all LOCKED CLOTHING CARDS, please contact the Seminole Nation Judgment Fund office at 405-382-0549. The Judgment Fund office is the only department that can UNLOCK the clothing cards.
